Founded by designer Jessica Janetti, who has been working in São Paulo, Brazil, for over a decade, the brand combines traditional Italian fatto a mano craftsmanship with contemporary, functional, and sophisticated design. Holding a degree in Fashion Design and specialized training from the Scuola del Cuoio in Florence, Italy, Jessica brings a refined technical perspective to every creation.

Each piece is produced outside industrial manufacturing processes, with rigorous quality control at every stage — from cutting to finishing. This ensures durability, impeccable craftsmanship, and products that maintain their quality over time.

The name Conceria—derived from the Italian word for “tannery,” the place where leather is transformed and refined—perfectly reflects the brand’s philosophy: a creative atelier where craftsmanship, design, and material excellence come together to give life to unique leather creations.
Jessica chose the name Conceria because she envisioned her atelier as a place dedicated to the creation of leather goods in their broadest sense. From the beginning, her intention was never to limit the brand solely to women’s handbags, but rather to establish a creative workshop where leather could be transformed into a wide range of functional and refined objects.

While Conceria has become particularly recognized for its women’s leather handbags, the brand’s expertise has extended far beyond this category throughout its history. Since its founding in 2013, Conceria has developed an extensive variety of bespoke leather projects, demonstrating the versatility of both the material and the atelier’s craftsmanship.

Over the years, the brand has produced pieces ranging from hand-braided leather bicycle handlebars and leather-trimmed coffee tables to utility bags for polo teams, hats, pet accessories, leather handles for ice buckets, cushions, desk accessories, and serving trays.
Conceria has also collaborated on hospitality projects, including the development of a complete leather accessories collection for the Rosewood hotel group. This collection included notebook covers, document folders, desk pads, chauffeur welcome signs for airport guest reception, and “Do Not Disturb” door hangers for guest rooms.
